How do I place an order in your online shop?
You can place an order by adding your favourite products to the basket and filling in the form with contact information. We will contact you for confirmation.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer delivery within Ukraine by courier services "Nova Posta", "Nova Global" and "Ukrposhta". International delivery is carried out to Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa, Australia and Oceania.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit me?
Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt if it has not been used and is still in good condition. Please refer to our returns policy for details.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, we will provide you with a unique track number, which you can use to track your parcel on the courier service's website.
Do you create customised products?
Yes, we accept orders for customised hats and accessories. Contact us to discuss your wishes and details.
